  • Renovation cost will depend on many factors, including the size of your space, the range of materials being used, as well as the scope of work. Although we can provide a rough estimate based on the information you provide, the best way is to go through a full design consultation with us.

    If you do not have measurements of your space yet, we provide Free Measurement Consultations, where one of our experts will come out to your home, take precise measurements of your space as well as provide an initial consultation of your space and discuss possibilities with you.

    If you already have measurements of your space, you can send them in so we can begin working on your design right away.

    Once designs are done and the first phase of estimates are given. You can then come visit our 3500 sq ft showroom in Farmingdale where we can walk you through our renovation materials firsthand, work through your design and revisions together, and hone in on a final plan and price.

    Our consultations and estimates are obligation free - if you don’t like the price or anything else about the designs or estimates, you can feel free to back out at any time at no cost.

  • We offer financing through Enerbank, You can apply with them using a code we’ll provide, then they will review your credit and offer you financing options.

  • We are an authorized dealer for a very wide range of materials including cabinets, countertops, tiles, flooring, vanities, fixtures and more. From leading brands such as Cambria, Fabuwood, Diamond, and Mirage.

  • Our 3500 sq ft showroom is located at 28 Hempstead Tpke UNIT B, Farmingdale, NY 11735 and is open 9:30am-6pm daily with an 11am-5pm schedule on Sundays.

  • Yes, we offer a comprehensive warranty program for your peace of mind:

    Material Warranty: Budget material warranties range from 5 to 25 years. Mid-range and high-end materials such as ones from brands like Cambria, Fabuwood, and Diamond offer lifetime warranties.

    Labor Warranty: Guaranteed for 1 year, covering all installation work by our team.

    We’ll provide detailed warranty information early in the consultation process and ensuring you know exactly how your investment is protected.

  • All our contractors are fully licensed according to state and local regulations and carry comprehensive liability and worker's compensation insurance.

    We choose our team based on expertise and a strong track record, ensuring your project is in professional and safe hands.

    Measurement and Consultation

    Free Home Measurement: If you're ready to move forward, we offer a free home measurement and consultation. This visit allows us to accurately assess your space and discuss your project in detail, ensuring our estimates and designs are both accurate and align with your vision.

    Providing Your Own Measurements: If you already have measurements, you can send them to us or bring them to our showroom. This can speed up the initial estimate process.

    Next Steps

    Initial Design and Estimate: We’ll send you a few initial designs and estimates to get things rolling. If you like what you see you can come into our showroom to further hone in on your project.

    Visiting Our Showroom: Here we can work through your design and revisions together, get a full walk-through of our materials first-hand, and hone in material selection and more accurate pricing for your project.

  • For project payments we have a phased structure.

    Materials require a 70% upfront payment upon ordering. The remaining 30% is due once the materials are arrive at your home.

    For Labor costs, we follow a phased payment plan:

    • 50% deposit before we start

    • 30% after completing half of the project

    • 15% upon total completion

    • Final 5% after a thorough checkup and finishing touches.

    You will get 2 separate invoices, one for materials and one for labor, and both will have a fully transparent breakdown on pricing.
